type='text'>The Cross at End Day (8/8/8 - 12/21/12)

**This article has been reposted in edited/censored form 10/31/08**

Know that the only way to God- is to follow nature. This is the truth behind all religions. In this we are divided by allegory alone.

The Cross at Hendaye

Preface

Le Mystère des Cathédrales "Whatever its age, the Hendaye cross shows by the decoration of its pedestal that it is the strangest monument of primitive millenarism, the rarest symbolical translation of chiliasm, which I have ever met."

"For it is by fire and in fire that our hemisphere will soon be tried. And just as, by means of fire, gold is separated from impure metals, so, Scripture says, the good will be separated from the wicked on the great Day of Judgment." -Fulcanelli 1926
I have studied the Hendaye cross, alchemy, and the phonetic cabala for some time now. This cross is truly an alchemical cross. It was made famous in the last chapter of Mystery of the Cathedrals, which for those unfamiliar, was written by the last true alchemist Fulcanelli. Alchemy is a physical process effected in our most immediate and tangible realm- often called the microcosm (...So Below). However this process must follow in the footsteps of nature, or macrocosm (As Above). While nature begins this process- the artist must finish it. Without the even hand of both, nothing would be created. Without art and nature- the pure would never be separated from the impure- and the exaltation of the elements would cease. Know then, that what has happened within our alchemical microcosm, will now take shape in our macrocosm. I believe God is now the alchemical artist- and has already begun this process on the world. If I am correct, it began on August 8, 2008 and will not finish until December 21, 2012 (exactly 14 days 4 months and 4 years from 8/8/8). We are now approaching the domain of Aries (Mars)- and by that you should understand I mean War. Do not look up in the sky for our inverted heaven.
Revelation 21:17 - And he measured the wall thereof an hundred and forty and four cubits according to the measure of a man that is of the angel (surface area of the walls of New Jerusalem)

144 is the twelfth Fibonacci number, and the largest one to also be a square, as the square of 12 (which is also its index in the Fibonacci sequence)

The Hermetic Arcanum- Jean d'Espagnet 1623: The third month being ended, and Sol entering into Aries, the sublimation or separation of the Elements begin.

I believe a horrible event may happen on Nov 5, 2008. I do not see or claim to see the future. I have no "insider" information. I do not "channel" visions- I am not "visited" by angels, demons, aliens, fairies, or any other fantastical entities as a means to arrive to these conclusions. I prefer to be guided by reason, logic, and an occasional wild guess. Another method I use, and believe I have an understanding of, is the Phonetic Cabala (of which I will go into the method of latter). I am only a novice, and because of this I must stress that while I believe I understand it better then most, there is likely some level of error in my extrapolation. We will soon see if I am correct. If something does happen on that date- then there will be three more events that will follow. Each successive event will likely increase in size, duration, and intensity. Most of the events are cataclysmic, one of them is not. Below I will explain how I arrived to the dates, events, and places (when possible) that the cross has concealed. Before I go any further I must express that I have seen no mention of "galactic energy beams", "transcendental densities", or any of the other proposed events espoused by "experts". If these events do exist I find no mention of it on this cross. It is not to say that the hard work of La Violette/Weidner/Bridges does not have merit, but because I do not see their findings on the cross, I cannot consider their research in any way for this article.

ΧΡΌΝΟΣ

Date of the Events

August 8, 2008
<strike>November 5, 2008</strike>
XX2009
XX2010
XX2012
XX2012
XX2012

For now the remaining dates (and how I found them) will not be mentioned...neither will the method used to extract the details of the <strike>November 5</strike> event.

<strike>November 5, 2008
</strike>+1

As a brief summary, the event as I have extracted involves the USA, Russia, and Poti, Georgia... potentially begun in the Black Sea- and a prompt, not well thought out- escalation- towards battle on land, sea, and air...eventually...because fire is the chosen purifier, I suspect one of the great burning fires found on the cross is a thermonuclear event in multiple locations. With all candor I honestly do not know the locations of these "burnings"- other then they would likely be within the chosen countries...no specific location (other then Poti) is seen that I am able to extract...perhaps if I had more time I would be able to find something more concrete. I have had dreams, and these are just dreams...that Houston is one of these cities, but this is just a dream- nothing more then that.

<img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; My conclusion is founded on nothing more then circumstantial evidence (as is the bulk of anything I write) and should not be taken with anything more then a grain of salt.

(wikipedia) ξενογλωσσία Xenoglossia: is the putative paranormal phenomenon in which a person is able to speak a language that he or she could not have acquired by natural means.

The descent of the Holy Spirit that gave the apostles this ability happened on Pentecost or the fiftieth day on the third hour of the day (9:00am). It is celebrated in Poland and the Ukraine as the Green Holiday or Green Sunday. Both the Orthodox and Catholic churches call the week leading up to the day of Pentecost the Green Week. All this greenery is traced back to the Jewish Shavuot, the day God gave Moses the Commandments. This day is also known as the Day of the First Fruits (יום הבכורים, Yom ha-Bikkurim)and the Festival of Reaping (חג הקציר , Ḥag ha-Katsir). Traditionally all this greenness symbolized new life and was seen by many to be the birth of the church. Could there be something more to these Green rituals? Well the obvious answer is of course, all rituals have at their core some message of intent. And here I say nothing new- ritual allows the continuation of this intent far beyond the lifespan of generations. Some obviously die out (it's not like we slaughter bulls for Bacchus anymore) and some remain.
We should note that the day of Pentecost, a moveable feast day, generally falls between the middle of May and the middle of June. This day of reaping, this day of first fruits, falls well within the allotted time of our May dew, the house Philalethes says we find active sulphur in. It is in this house so many curious stories, customs, or rituals have come about. In England we have Jack in the Green, a strange man covered in garlands from head to toe that takes on a pyramidal or conical shaped form and parades around the May festivities. For some peculiar reason that has yet to be accurately explained, this curious fellow is associated with chimney sweeps. Many have their theories but none of them have really come to a consensus why old Jack cares so much about clean fireplaces. We couldn't go on further without mentioning the Green Man whose become quite synonymous with pagans and neo-pagans alike. Sprouting from his mouth, almost to the point of vomiting, are the branches and leaves that make up his being. Often this Green Man is analogized with the story of Sir Gawain and the Green Knight. The story goes that the Green Knight challenges anyone at King Arthurs court to strike him with one blow of his axe. In exchange, if the challenger accepts he will receive the same blow the following year. Gawain of course takes him up on this offer and beheads the Green Knight...to everyone's surprise the Green Knight walks over, picks up his head, and puts it back on. Before leaving he reminds Gawain to meet him at the appointed time in one year.
Of course many of these stories are often related to spring, rebirth, renewal etc... but something that is curious to note within the story of Gawain and the Green Knight that is sometimes overlooked, is the shield of Gawain. On the face of this shield is a pentangle, pentagram, or to some- an association to Pentecost (our fiftieth day). While this is not a case I build for me- I will readily admit that I see what I want to see. The story of the redeemer, is a story in cant. It details how long, what, how much, and the operation in its entirety. Even though I omit much it's still visible. The colors are to be found in the work, traditionally they are: Black(Saturn), White(lily), and Red(gold)...an extended version is χλωρός θάνατος, μέλας, πυρρός, and λευκός (pale green, black, red, and white) the colors of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Saffron is a color between white(lily) and red.

Jean d'Espagnet: The Hermetic Arcanum 1623 "The Means or demonstrative signs are Colours successively and orderly affecting the matter and its affections and demonstrative passions, whereof there are three special ones (as critical) to be noted; to these some add a Fourth. The first is black, which is called the Crow's (interject:KROnos) head, because of its extreme blackness whose crepusculun sheweth the beginning of the action of the fire of nature and solution, and the blackest midnight sheweth the perfection of liquefaction, and confusion of the elements. Then the grain putrefies and is corrupted, that it may be the more apt for generation. The white colour succeedeth the black wherein is given the perfection of the first degree, and of the White Sulphur. This is called the blessed stone; this Earth is white and foliated, wherein Philosophers do sow their gold. The third is Orange colour, which is produced in the passage of the white to the red, as the middle and being mixed of both is as the dawn with his saffron hair, a forerunner of the Sun. The fourth colour is Ruddy and Sanguine, which is extracted from the white fire only. Now because whiteness is easily altered by another colour before day it quickly faileth of its candour. But the deep redness of the Sun perfecteth the work of Sulphur, which is called the Sperm of the male, the fire of the Stone, the King's Crown, and the Son of Sol, wherein the first labour of the workman resteth."

Anathema is not something I wish for- suffice to say the remaining words concern the art. I will leave it there and hope that you see the relevance of the cabala. Homonym, puns, or like sounds are obviously an integral part of understanding this stream of direction. Whole words are not necessarily used, sometimes just a portion of the word is all that is applicable as in the case of χρύσεος and ῥούσιος.

What's in a name?

Juliet would disagree- but I could care less... my new b.f.f. Fulcanelli professed much to the contrary. Then again it's not like the aether of man who wrote for Shakespeare didn't know a thing or two. The phonetic cabala, our Logos, provides the gift of insight in ways that no thing before could do. It is like a seed one plants; within one word our seed sprouts and grows- and soon you will find fruit. To anyone of its detractors we enthusiastically say "shut up"... it's not like you've lighted on any insights. You who think our "G" is galena- and you buried in a library of gibberish ~cough~McClean~cough - perhaps you should have collected comic books instead. Often these characteristics describe an aspect of the art- they further helped the earnest student to understand where the sage would be most truthful and find the deepest insight(s). It stands to reason that within the allegorical works of the Jesuit monk named Giovanni Ferrari Baptista (ferrarius- of iron, a blacksmith) we might find deeper truths concerning the beginning of the work-day. No you say? Well let's demonstrate, since iron- or aryan, arien, orien, orient is the direction of our morning we see that it is the dawn of our new day. Considering that Aries (ari, ori orient) or our Ram (κριάρι kri-ari) is the first sign of the Zodiac it would seem the gods concur, however this May day is a philosophical one. Ares also called Mars, is our god of the heterogeneous war the elements must endure. But from Mars we understand that this is a naval battle whence (mar) mare, marinus (of the sea, marine) that only a sage would be a part of. The sage must ride his mare (female horse) out into the Sea of the Wise and will find no respite until certain elements have been vanquished. Upon this putrefied carcass, this blackened mass will he find joy. Oh but the sages do confound - they yearn for this blackness called night, but green is what they weight for - this green, as green as the spring season it is found in, called the May Dew (Artephius) or morning dew (by the puffers) is quite rare. And Ferrari, our horticultural-blacksmith par excellence, was no stranger to this green flower. (Giovanni Battista Ferrari: De Florum Cultura 1633 [the Cultivation of Flowers])

Philalethes: They sought active sulphur in a pure state, and found it cunningly concealed in the House of the Ram.

Let's try this with Fulcanelli now. Fulcanelli's name is derived from the Roman god Vulcan. Star Trek puns aside, Vulcan was associated with good and bad fire especially with regard to metalworking as well as volcanoes and is in fact where the word volcano originated from. A festival honoring Vulcan is celebrated on August 23 in the hopes that crops during this time of year wouldn't be burnt by the heat of the August sun. While this ritual could surely be for the intended purpose, it could also be seen as an allegorical warning for the initiates to avoid burning your "flowers" with too intense a heat during this critical period of the work. However, following the dry path which Fulcanelli most certainly did, this would instead bring you to the time of harvest. Vulcan is synonymous to his Greek equivalent Hephaestus. Hephaestus was cast out from Mt.Olympus by Hera for being grotesque, unsightly, lame and crippled...much like our stone. Falling for nine days he finally landed in the ocean and was brought to the island of Lemnos Λήμνος (cabalistically λευκός leukos: white, pure) where he perfected his metal craft- making many of the gods armor, weapons etc...then finally returned to Olympus to once again sit by the gods. Canella or canelle in French means cinnamon which can be interposed with cinnabar or red mercury, vermilion, mercuric sulfide, as well as the red earth since it has achieved absolute fixity. We see within the middle of the name the word canal. From the Latin canalis or channel. Its spelling and meaning are the same in French as it is in English, but to elucidate I will give its meaning as well. A canal is an artificial and narrow channel that connects one body of water to another, or for the sake of irrigating land. Then there is EL, which means God...

So Fulcanelli's name means: A gross unsightly thing brought to fire sent through a narrow watery channel to irrigate or feed our earth where it is brought to its blackness, whiteness, and finally its reddened perfected nature that elevates us to God. It could be drawn out even further but I do not want to overstep my bounds at this point in time. Suffice to say, he covered it all- and his name attests to it.

Between Charybdis and Scylla

I am not a good man; I am not a bad man; I am a middle man.

Alogo

To know the cabala is to speak the language of Pegasus, the Language of the Horse, of which Swift expressively indicates in one of his allegorical Travels, the effective value and the esoteric power.
-Fulcanelli

The author studies to learn the language. The Houyhnhnm, his master, assists in teaching him.
from Gulliver's Travels: Jonathan Swift

Fulcanelli tells us the phonetic cabala is in no way related to the Hebrew Kabbalah. He goes on further to tell us its origin and root is in the word caballus, Latin for horse. This curiosity is elaborated on no further, as if we are to believe these cabalist men want to be called horses. He relates them to le chevalier (the knights), the wandering troubadours, and men from the land of Saba or Caba. Are we to understand that these men are merely cabalist because they travel far and wide upon the backs of horses? Perhaps learning the local dialect of whatever foreign country they inhabit? While suppositions as these could continue for hours- instead why don't we utilize this phonetic tool before us. We find in the word cabala another word, cabal, which is a secret conspiratorial group, or plot. It is true these curious men are a secretive lot- however this alone cannot be the whole of the matter. Let's first look at the meaning rather then phonetic association to find a deeper understanding. We will travel across lands with the meaning of our word and arrive in Greece, keeper of many cabalistic secrets. The word for horse in Greek is άλογο (alogo) and with this we are given a great clue indeed. By phonetic association we are finally able to liberate the intent behind the word. Any Greek Christian would readily see the similarities of άλογο (alogo-horse), with λόγος (Logos) or, the Word Made Flesh within the Christian religion. Καὶ ὁ λόγος σὰρξ ἐγένετο καὶ ἐσκήνωσεν ἐν ἡμῖν (Kai o Logos sars egeneto kai eskehnosen en ehmin ~ John 1:14 And the Word became flesh, and did [tabernacle]dwell among us). And here John talks of Jesus as being the word made flesh, but Logos predates the story of Jesus. Let us understand it within a philosophical sense in an attempt to go deeper. Logos: defined as the principle governing the cosmos; often associated with reason, logic, thought, speech, meaning, principle, word, and of course θεός (Theos-God). If we were to go one step further the word Logos is itself a derivative of λέγω (lego- to say or speak) which is easily associated with εγώ (ego- I /or one's self). אהיה אשר אהיה Ehyeh asher ehyeh (I am that I am) was God's response to Moses when asked his name.
Is this the true language God used to speak all into existence, the language of Logos our phonetic cabala? Perhaps- but to avoid ridicule we will cease there in our speculation. However, to further substantiate our claim of this methodology of cabala; Fulcanelli tells us many famous and notable writers were expert in this art. One of these men is Jonathan Swift, author of Gulliver's Travels. Within his magnum opus we find the Houyhnhnms, a unique society populated by the most reasonable, logical, and rational of horses (which in their language the word Houyhnhnms translates to: the perfection of nature). Some curious minds have wondered at this word Houyhnhnms (pronounced hwɪnəm), a few have carried it further and correctly guessed its correlation to the word homonym. Which in linguistic is when words share the same pronunciation- but differ in meaning. We must pause and see the reason in it and reflect on our Greek Logos and alogo, our horse and logic. My hope is that the true sons of science find clarity were once all was hidden by this, our paragon of language.
